What this portal stores

Your name, email, phone number, password hash, inquiries and activity needed to limit abuse. Rental applications include the information you submit about housing, occupants, employment, income, references and pets. Account records also include lease documents, inspection notes and photographs, acknowledgment comments, deposits, maintenance requests, notifications and rent records. Payment card and bank credentials and Social Security numbers are not collected by this portal.

Who has access

Management reviews applications and manages rental records. You see your own applications, issued leases, resident records and community documents shared with approved tenants. Configured email providers deliver notification messages. A separate payment provider handles checkout data. Screening services have their own notices and procedures.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. This base version has no advertising or analytics cookies.
